Weird thing i encounter is the multiplier reward is different from what it mentioned. It shows me i got 22 SS, but checked on the history only awarded 5 SS? Anyone notice this? (especially when your SS reward from multiplier.

I wouldn’t be too worried about it guys, now that they know there’s a bug. I remember back before the app and even before Premium, there was a bug in the ad-locked chapter system. I stupidly spent around 80 SS trying to skip an ad. Several others had the same problem, but I don’t think they spent as much as I did. Webnovel returned it all to us, and even gave out a bunch of bonus SS for the inconvenience.
And That’s because you spent Spirit Stones, you needed to reimburse those. However this time it’s about reward Spirit Stones. They can’t necessarily determine how many times we watched the ads if there was a bug that prevented the missions from being completed. It’s probably when those missions are completed that their computers recognize and record the fact that we ‘watched a video’. In other words, if the mission wasn’t completed, then they probably have no record of us doing the missions. That’s why I’m making a point to write it down here that I’m having the same problem every day.

Thousand_Sunny By all means, keep a record and keep following up. I’m just trying to put people at ease that there will be a resolution.
Assuming Webnovel/Quidian follows good business practices(Haha, I know, right?), they can safely say it’s an issue with the iOS version of the app and “return” the missed rewards from the date it happened through to when they finally fix it to iOS users. But like you said, with the bug, there’s no way to confirm one way or the other if people are even trying to claim their rewards daily, or at all. Kind of a “hope for the best, expect the worst” situation. I don’t think they’ll leave us high and dry though.
Thousand_Sunny I agree. I also believe that they will not have the record or log of every time we watched the video unless it was recorded as completed. I just hope that they fix it soon. I am also still having this issue today. Hoping for a quick turnaround.

shurong Yes, I’ve already updated. Do you think that we’ll be compensated the SS that we missed due to the bug? This is the seventh day since the big started for me,but since I already updated today and tested it out, successfully receiving my reward this time, that means that there was only six days (30 SS worth) of uncompensated attempts.
