Inviting friends.
They should have stuck to the old way of inviting friends. There were no issues then. But now there are too many issues that it's simply not worth the headache. And quite frankly, I don't think the webnovel app is worth downloading. There are too many issues with the app as well. So double the headache. Can we go back to how we previously did things?

I got the same problem.. Can I give you suggestion? Actually you can do like other apps which is we just need to sign up then insert invitation code... If you use link.. We can't sure our friend break the process. But if you just ask our friend to input invitation code. I believe everything will be smooth

I've invited one of my friend through the link that I copied and she used her google account to sign in and she inputted my invite code but suddenly at the bottom of the screen it says 'failed redemption, account has been signed in'. What does this mean? Am we doing something wrong?
Why is it so dn hard to invite friends in this app. Why do you even put this reward if its difficult to do?!

The news invitation codes doesn't work to receive SS inviting friends. You must use the old invitation code before the update of Daily missions to gain exp "rate chapter" "Comment and reply" I use the old invitation code and invite 5 friends and receive 55 SS for every of them.

It's really frustrating that a simple function like this takes up user's time and have to ponder whether an invite is successful. Seriously, what's wrong with the old invite method? It's clean cut and simpler. If you ever going to upgrade your app/website is to make convenience for users, then this is totally a failure. Fix this link thing and make everyone life happier. Also why force user only able to get invite SS through app? Then what's the point with website? There must be a way to able get SS regardless by desktop or by app.
i just invited a friend, she downloaded the app with my code then signed in... but nothing for me, i even checked my inbox as it says in the below... what should i do now?

I am having a hard time getting the ss in inviting friends too, in regards to using the new friend invite scheme.
The previous invite scheme is giving the link to the friend you are inviting, then the friend will click and sign up, then voila you have a message in your inbox and ss to claim.
But in this new scheme (tho it is not really new anymore), you get the invitation link, then you have the code. I invited a friend of mine, he signed up, and he has also a code. I copied the code from him, then entered his code to redeem my ss but it says that the code has already signed up.
So, what is the problem? I am confused.
Your 'enlightenment' will be truly appreciated.

I'm not sure what's happening, as I don't have data to download the app on my phone my friend signed out of her account to let me sign in with that in order for us to get the rewards, it is now saying I'm not a new user. I literally got the account maybe 5 minutes ago
yaetao You have to download the App on a device that has never had the App installed on it. Logging into your account on your Friends account and then using your Friend's code makes you ineligible for the rewards.
