Is it suppose to be normal that novel update notification be delayed? Like I entered the app, read the chapter already but only receive the novel updated notification some 20min later or something.

I think that's kinda normal. I usually received up to hours after the chapter was uploaded. >_< Unless I just didn't noticed it.
