I recently purchased privilege chapters for Strike back! Proud Goddess and it only gave me access to chapters i’ve already unlocked previously and was not part of the privilege chapters then i made additional purchase of privilege chapters, it showed me 1 available, tried unlocking it several times but failed, after restarting the app, chapter is gone. Wasted a total of 450 coins for nothing
give me back my coins!!!!

wolf009 i read a novel which says free reading. After the promo, i went back again to reread a chapter for a clearer understanding of the latest chapter of the novel i was reading. Lo and behold, those chapters i read for free are now locked again. In the end, SS is still needed to backread those chapters again. What a mess hahaha
I got a free pass and claimed it but i still had to pay ss to unlock the chapters i was reading for the next few hours. Also the coins i claimed from the gifts and etc, they are still missing. Can you turn back the older version of webnovel? I rather prefer the old one though.

CKtalon are you sure...i just bought the priv yesterday 1st jan but still can read those priv chapter...and a matter of fact those priv chapter is locked...are you telling me that priv chapter will unlocked when the time come...thats not a priv at all...why dont you just say they want more money from readers or this is a daylight robbery...i can tolerate with that...

Can you not be so lazy and greedy make the privileged countdown per user, I know implementing it might be a cost on your side but it just the right thing to do. Whatever you read also can you unlock it, just a courtesy also for your paying customer we already bought that chapter. And why the hike on the prices, shit I think I'll just buy a proper novel books which cost less than this robbery.
I had bought premium chapters. Then I stopped getting daily coins to unlock the chapters. Did not get to read my premium chapters. <.< I'm no longer going to spend money on webnovel.
I didn't recieve any cashback for privilege after it expires. Last time they still give back but now they didn't. This Webnovel is so very dissapointing now. I Still like the previous update.
