        Can you not be so lazy and greedy make the privileged countdown per user, I know implementing it might be a cost on your side but it just the right thing to do. Whatever you read also can you unlock it, just a courtesy also for your paying customer we already bought that chapter. And why the hike on the prices, shit I think I'll just buy a proper novel books which cost less than this robbery.

        I had bought premium chapters. Then I stopped getting daily coins to unlock the chapters. Did not get to read my premium chapters. <.< I'm no longer going to spend money on webnovel.

                      WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I purchased privilege on Nov month for some novels. Webnovel returned 35% of the amount I paid. Is it because it's year end or it applies for every month purchase

                        I prefer to earned Spirit Stones than coins.... previously when you spent long time reading in you have the privilege to earned more SS to unlock new chapters but this new version limits me to only have 3 chapters a day, so frustrating..

                                                        Keep in mind guys while it is stated that webnovel has to change a work to completed, it is the TRANSLATORS responsibility to inform them of the ending.

                                                        Take grandson of the holy emporer, it wasn't until we readers complained that the translator put in a single post... and never came back with any further note about their effort to notify webnovel.

                                                        While the issue is partly webnovels fault, its hard to say its not the translators as well since a message is hardly showing an effort to help resolve the issue. Plus remember as much as webnovel benefits from paywalling a finish, part of that revenue is going to the translators as long as they only put in a token effort.

                                                        Tomoyuki I know I'm late to this discussion, but why doesn't Webnovel require a minimum amount of true chapters uploaded per (day, week, month whatever would be reasonable) before allowing authors to use the privalege system? I understand how it works, but too many authors are abusing it while abandoning their novels. I feel their should be a minimum amount of effort on their part before they can activate it and if they fail to maintain it then it should be removed until they maintain the minimum. MyLittleBrother is a prime example since he regularly just ignores some of his works for weeks/months while the fans just sit and wonder if he plans to write anything, and then he'll release one chapter that barely qualifies as a chapter.

I don't know what the solution is, but unfortunately, posting on the forums is unlikely to yield any viable solution. Send an email to the official Webnovel service, join their Discord and contact one of the content editors or admins or staff (if they allow it - obviously, don't do it if it's against the rules), I don't know.
