It's not too bad. You'll just have to consider these two main points:
Punctuation and capitalization: What's missing? What needs to be capitalized? For example, Suddenly a car’s door was pushed Opened as Several Policemen came out of it.
Grammar and Flow issues: Yes, the sentence makes sense, but does it sound right? Are the words used correctly? E.g.:As such it was definitely the time when everyone was truly felt sleepy.
Throw all three together:
It looked like Ai Fei suspected that Garen liked her and that was why he always protected her, so she didn’t allow him to send her home. it wasn’t simply not letting others know her home address; it was also turning down to his pursue.
Of course, we also have the liberty to say: Hey boss. My translator sucks. I can't understand what they're saying, and 90% of my time is spent chatting with my translator about what these sentences mean. This is especially true when you run into a sentence like this:
As for Billy Bob, which was 16 year old boy, understand Seattle living conditions. Ten years, Billy Bob has not been in many places, not to mention five years, his only other people contacts, he was bandit attack.
Most importantly is, though, the ability to make sense what you're given and make it understandable (without inducing a headache). A decent spell-checker will help with some punctuation and find misspelled words division vs divison.
