I would like there to be a downvote button for comments. It would be interesting how many idiots there are and how many smart people can see the difference between a stupid and a smart comment. Votes should be counted 1 to 1 when pushing the comment up the ladder.

I can imagine getting downvoted to oblivion.
Hell, people are already telling me to shut up and stop posting for good even without a downvote function. I might as well just disappear off the forums.

Tomoyuki I believe the OP suggests a thumbs down button to balance out the already existing thumbs up one for reviews and chapter comments.

StenDuring Yeah, I was thinking it like Reddit where I get so many downvotes that outweigh the upvotes that my comments become "hidden" or something.
I wouldn't encourage this feature at all. There are many people here who would just down vote a comment due to their dislike for a person
