I would just like to come out and ask for the Female Main Character section of Explore look like the Male Main Character section. It may not have as many books that fit categories but I would like to be able to see if there are Female MC books that ARN'T necessarily romance... the only sections that do not mention Romance are Teen and LGBT+. It kinda puts a bad light in my opinion (you are free to not have the same opinion) that all adult female MC books are only romance. I know that there are alot more romance books with a female MC but all female MCs shouldnt be defined by romance.

    I was curious what section my own novels would be in. I have 2 regularly updated stories with female mc but no romance. And I could not find them.

    (spoilers I found them in the male lead section XD)

          Too bad. I wrote a Romance novel targeting male readers but it's female who are the majority reader. So it became a Female category novel instead. 😁

            It really is just the romance section- on the other side though we have no male lead romances (unless its LGBT). Always guessed it's bc WN was originally/basically Quiden , and their model is closer to that. Being a Chinese company, they have different ideas of categories, gender stereotypes, and thus just a whole different model.

            On a personal note: thanks for supporting my novels. Yeah on RR, UnlovedTwin gets an extra round of editing.If you don't mind more grammar mistakes and less refining feel free to read ahead in WN since I post the chapters first on here. (Castaway isle is new! )

                To be fair I started your castaway novel as soon as I read your comment before and I am so bummed it only has 16 chapters! :P I love it and will def be following your stories if/when each one releases. Your twin novel is great as well :) release when you have time and ignore the haters if you get any (I know there is problems with people sometimes). Know I may not comment much as I am a more silent reader but Im there and I love them both :) coughs though if I had to choose castaways has drawn me in and umm ahem not that Im playing favorites or anything but that one would be my choice for mass releases grins

                    Great, thanks for telling me. Castaway is so new that I got like 5 comments on it. So glad to know there are more silent readers on there and I'm not just chucking updates into empty space. I often feel like I am. (ch 17 is up!)
                    And perfectly understandable- reading about Rosalia is like raising a child to grow into a healthy and strong adult. Reading about Sophie is watching WalkingDead/Lost type of CW television drama where you throw popcorn onto the screen while screaming for more blood. Perfect October mood.

                    I really do wish there were better written or at least better labeled not a romance Female lead MC stories on here. Romance is great, I love romance! It is not the end all be all to a female-led story. Maybe that lack and desperation is what drove me to write my own.
