Why my points is not increasing after I'm reading for 1 hours, the number beside golden pouch is always 4

ordinary_people mine sits at 0.the patch notes said something about getting points for reading specifically marked books... But i havent seen any
I mostly listen on audio but even after more then 1/2 the day and they only count as a few min. 
I post something too a few days ago but no one care.
i haven't seen anything either so I'm also at 0, but i haven't seen anything in the upper right corner so I don't know what books are offering these
Some of the SS in store already purchased, so it's possible to earn points.
But on what kind of novels - beats me.
ordinary_people only a few free novels can farm points
