It was not easy for the both of them but Iris harbored anger towards her Dad during those times. Her perspective of men had changed within a span of two years. She had instilled in her mind that men are not reliable and therefore, not to be trusted.
Entering third year in high school, Iris is greeted by two of her classmates, Duncan and Kieran, who seem to pop out everywhere she goes. Together, the two guys make a whirlwind out of Iris' year--one in the pursuit of love and the other in the pursuit of who-knows-what.

Thank you so much for the suggestions. I have started using grammar check and currently I'm editing the chapters.
The story development will be a little slow because I'm not planning to write a story of 400 or 500 chps. I think it will pretty much get over by 200, plus minus 20-30. I'm still not sure but definitely it's not a long story. So events will take some time to happen.
Also, I have posted 50 chapters and I have 19 collections till now. It's still less but steadily growing. But I have not got any comments on my chapters. 
Is there anything I can do to improve? I feel sad over it. I thought if there are now some 20 collections then some may start to comment but this new writer is still lonely.
