This Discussion is intended to inform the higher realm (WN Admins and Staff) regarding the changes of terms.

As a reader, I would like to raise my concern regarding the change of terms in your app. I understand that in order to cater the people who are not verse with cultivation terms are confused with our terminologies, that is why you decided to change the Spirit Stones into Coins.

But why do you have to change the only thing that makes your application different from other reading sites? They have difficulty in exploring the app for the first time, but for sure they will get used to it in the end. You see, SS is the only unique thing that WN readers have in common to discuss with. (That's my POV only).

I hope you will have time to consider this matter. I know I'm not the only one who is concerned regarding this. Thank you!

Same sentiment. SS = WN. It's what separates WN from other apps.

Coins is way too mainstream. There are lots of apps that uses "coins" so how would I know they were talking about WN if we are going to change what makes WN unique from others??

    Right, bring it back! And don't dare change energy and power stones to something else.

    Besides, you guys started the trend. Back then, did other reading apps have coins? I didn't see any before webnovel. And you guys named it spirit stones. Those who did the same named it coins.

    why need to change?? ss is your mark.. i download WN becoz one of your ss, i personally like it and to show that im support the authors. if u change to coin, then what are the differences yr WN with others? i can just uninstall this app and go to other sources. it is free reading too.. so why do i have to waste my money to buy privileged too? that bcoz i just like to collect ss..the name itself give me spirit to get it.

        Some people just don't like change, which is understandable, especially when it's not properly explained to them.

        But I'm amazed to read that some people downloaded the app specifically because they like the term 'Spirit Stones.' I was like, 'Wow, that could be a reason too?' 😳 I thought people download this app to read web novels.

          I don't see any changes on my app, so I was wondering what I had missed.

          Akinnah_Desu Doesnt hurt that ss was at least cultivated in a plethora of ways while coins still are a random hit or miss clusterf***. 😋

              In most apps I know there aren't free coins.
              Maybe they want to get rid of the free ss with the change of name...

              I remember a time where I could read everxthing free in the app and after this there was a time where I could read everything with 20$/month. SS was free to gift the authors.

              Now they change the ss to coins and reduve the amount of free ss which customers could get...
              What will happen at the next step?
