I've been having this problem since tomorrow, basically the ad does not load even after pressing the play ad button, and even if the ad plays I have to play multiple ads to open the chapter. At first I thought it was a problem with my internet or something but everything else works just fine.
Has anyone been having a problem with ads not loading

Grand_Void_Daoist Yeah, it has happened to me for a long time and I just use Spirit Stones or exit and re-enter. Also, are you using Android, IOS or Website? @Clarkie

Tugster exiting and reentering does not work for me I just have to keep on spamming the play button till it plays

Well... this is really bad timing because they just went on holiday... @dapenggaofei, however, does frequent the forums quite a bit so hopefully, he'll pass on the message to @Zhangdroid or @ReachZhaiTW... don't expect anything to be done for about a week though

No I never encourter
Grand_Void_Daoist guys the bug seems to have gotten worse, now no ads load at all, I have to always use spirit stones to open chapters. Sometimes there is an error message saying failed to load reward ads but most of the time there is no message, no matter how much I press the play ad button no ad loads.

The ads seem to be working today, though I still have to spam the play ad button, at least the chapters are opening.
