Why do people complaint so much about the new system? I mean, I prefer the ss systems as well, but this is their website. They can change the policy as they want. Even during the ss period, lots of people complained about the system. However, nothing had changed.
People bought ss before and they will buy coins now. It is useless making complaints in the forum. If you really want to change something, just support not contracted authors with other systems of donation. Authors sign contracts because webnovel support them, but if you instead start to support not contracted authors, they will think twice before signing with webnovel.
If you don’t support not contract authors or buy coins to support webnovel and its authors, just be satisfied with the fast passes or stop using the site. In either case, nothing will change by posting complaints in the forum.

there's nothing we can do as the saying goes "when in Rome do as the Romans do" i gave up trying to tell them of my dissapointments. So just take the crumbs stuff it in my pocket, walks again and look for crumbs then leave if theres nothing left.

Forum is there for the administrator to that the readers have a complaint or feedback i really disagree what Nagatosaltou says that readers should not complaint, just accept what ever it is. I think you are wrong, how could a system improve if nobody tells them that there is something wrong with thier system?
I’ve never say readers are not allowed to complain. I say that it is useless do it, it’s different. Webnovel don’t care too much about opinions on their policy. I also offer solutions about how to bring some changes instead of just posting on the forum
Ps: I am an author, yes. But I am not premium since I refuse contract to let readers enjoy my work since I know that Webnovel system isn’t very liked and not everyone can afford to buy ss/coins
I didn’t say readers should not complain. I agree feedbacks are important but webnovel is active for years by now. You should have noticed that complain about their policy is useless if in the end people still buy ss/coins. I also provided methods regarding how to bring some real changes that could make webnovel think about their policy
NagatoSaitou i wont argue I just presumed by you telling the majority of complainants and from the gist of what you said that your preempting people to voice out their complaints because WN will not care. Hence, my suggestion for the title of this forum to change. I value authors for continuously providing great stories I am a bookworm, I like reading a lot as past time, be it hard bound book or online novels I don't differentiate contractual or non contractual novels so if I like a novel I stick to it, but it doesn't mean that I will just take it sitting down when things are changed drastically. Whether they listen to my suggestions or not is not up to all of you to decide or tell people to leave, let WN say it themselves.
rainedear111 I understand your point of view. I am not only an author, but a reader as well. I read a lot on internet and I am sad about Webnovel changes. But complaints alone won’t bring any changes. In fact, I wrote how us readers could bring some changes.
Webnovel policy of a revenue guaranteed for four months is very attractive to new authors. That because with other system, they don’t have the certain to earn something, whether they are causal writers or aspiring to be full writers. So webnovel will always have new premium novels and people will continue to buy coins to read them or resort to pirate sites.
Instead, us readers should support other donation system for not contracted authors. Until webnovel itself is affected and has to rethink about their policy.
