Unable to claim reward coins after achieving a reading milestone I had 1100 coins originally I read for 30 minutes claimed the coins but they weren't counted it's done this since the update

Why is that I don't earn my coin reward every time I reach the required minutes of reading.. What is happening is this a bug?? And why its just fast pass and no more coins?? Unless we buy it..
polaris0989 the service was updated, coin rewards were replaced with point rewards. Icons are similar but they are two different currencies and not interchangible
