There are a bunch of stories here that have Chinese characters, no?
LostInFictions b/c spam bots w/ those shady chinese/korean/jap links create a bunch of stories. so wn automatically puts novels with those characters on a ban/lock/suspend list

@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL @CKtalon it's already fourth day! Do you people have anyone working there? My daily collection gain dropped drastically, since I am not appearing on new power ranking. 
I used to get daily 235-250 daily collections but in these few days my collection count barely passess 50.
I have to answer my readers everyday, why they can't vote.
Can anyone please do something about it?

amanasci hey bro, wanna ask. what do you mean that you add 2 chinesse character and you got banned? you mean you added 2 character that have a chinesse name and you got ban? please answer cause i try to added a chinesse character to my novel

newly_learner Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other non-English scripts add in the stories are automatically banned in WN. I wonder why since most of the stories in here are Chinese-based/themed. Ironic, isn't?
Zherie17 yep so much ironic, and much of my favorite novel has a chinesse character in them. and i didn't see them get ban. can you explain it to me? and what did i need to do to unban it? i mean if my novel require to have a chinesse character, what did i need to do?
Nome of those reasons apply to me but my novel still can't support voting, I'm so confused and frustrated...
Ilobeyourb How many words does your book have? My book started to support voting power stones when I passed 12,000 words in total.
There's only a few reasons why a book doesn't support powerstones/voting.
1) New book. You need to reach like 5 or 8k words for the staff to vet your book, this process usually happens 3 to 5 days after reaching that word count with holidays and weekends extending the time since staff have those off.
2) Inclusion of prohibited characters. The script behind webnovel automatically black lists any books that are not contracted and try to make use of unique characters. Chinese, Japanese and Korean language are often the prime culprits but certain emoji combinations and ascii formatting will also trigger the script. The former because this is a book format... including smiley faces and what not is just stupid. The latter people attempt to force bold and italics into their story not realizing text formatting is restricted to contracted authors... and isn't even viewable on the app.
If neither reason "applies" you should be contacting webnovel support and enquire if your book has been blacklisted, and for what reason(s). Ask exactly that as being unable to be voted for is blacklisting regardless of cause. The staff will help whitelist your work.
