You should get it. Can you check your Fast Pass deposit history?
In the app, go to profile tab and tap on the X Fast Pass

Cantiara I checked it but it only shows the fast passes I received for daily log in and Energy Stone vote. Can I somehow post a screenshot here? I don't know how to though.

Then it may be a glitch or a bug.
Which app version do you have? They'll need that info to look into the problem.

Cantiara I have the latest version 4.2.2. It says latest when I looked inside the app and there isn't an update in Google Play as well. I'll try uploading the screenshots.

I have a similar glitch.
I didn't receive my FP for using my energy stones to vote today. The reward is unchecked but all 3 stones/votes for today are used.
