Welp. I had that bug yesterday, but forgot to check this morning to see if the bug was fixed. Now it already started a new week and I didn't get my weekly bonus...

Can't get the weekly bonus aka no fast pass added automatically even when I have updated the apps just now, is it because its a new week already when I updated the apps? So now missed the chance to get the weekly bonus? Or it will be added in the bext 3 days time? :(

ReachZhaiTW when i updated my apo, i still wasnt able to get my weekly fast pass. when i checked in the next day, obviously i wasnt able to get my free fast pass from the previous week. I read that, it'll be automatically sent into my acct in 3 days but i still dont have it...
For the last week bonus pass, it's said 3 days later...but now a week later and nothing hm. This week bonus I got but still waiting for last week bonus

@yaoyueyi Will we still be given the promised weekly bonus? This topic has already been renamed 'FIXED' even though lots of us here in this thread are holding on to that promise of receiving the compensation after 3 business days (which had already passed, by the way). It may just be a single fast pass, but for me, and I assume lots of others too, it's important.
After reading that 'promise', I didn't get to log in until the next day so of course I wasn't able to update my app on time and claim my weekly bonus and it's the same for some others as well (refer to previous replies up above). It is not my intention to nag, but I just want a clarification. If we'll still be given the promised compensation, then thank you. If not, I wouldn't blame anyone. After a clarification, at least I would stop being bothered by this case (which will end my bothering of webnovel admins/mods/staffs).

Yueyi wouldn't be able to clarify either. If they promise you a fast pass as a compensation, then they should be giving you that. Other users have gotten it, so I'm assuming they didn't get the full list of users that need to be compensated.

@sereneblueskies please also bear in mind it's the Chinese New Year period. The whole China is on holiday, so it may be a bit slow. But I hope you'll get the fast pass or the clarification you need soon.
Cantiara I see. I guess I'm at fault as well by not considering how busy people could get in this season. Well, I had assumed they had my name on the list since I'm one of the earliest people to complain about this (I'm one of the earliest people in this thread). Also, thank you.
