I'm using the mobile site and I've been trying to build up my fast passes. The last two days my fast passes have not increased and have been stuck at 24. Is there a limit to how many fast passes you can have? I usually can get 3 a day.

    Maybe some of them expired? From what I know they last for about a week and then you lose

      I didn't see anything about a time limit from what I was about to read on the site. That seems like a design flaw.

        yaoyueyi can you explain more on the limitations of fast passes, please? I haven't found anything on the site about not being able to store a certain amount or only for a certain time. I was trying to save up my fast passes for a large binge read but I can't seem to acquire more than 24 even though I am still doing the same actions that awarded me the other fast passes. To me that would make it a bug or at the very least a design flaw, since the rules for fast passes aren't clearly listed or easily accessible to the average reader or a new person. This is why I listed it originally as a bug instead of a question.

          blue93elmo Hello friend, I will be happy to explain how it works for you. Now if you go to your profile page then click on the fast passes it will take you to your deposit/consume page. If you look under your deposit tab you will expiration dates for each of your fast passes. Instead of having it somewhere visible they have now decided to try and hide the information! Unlike the old system with SS and having the expiration date clearly visible they have decided to go to a slightly more confusing system! Also if you click your fast passes on your profile page it will give you the they only last 7 days notice. It is better to hide the information as best as they can than give you the info up front!

          blue93elmo The information is available to the average user-- it only takes two taps to reach it. (Tap your FP count > Bill pops up > Tap Learn More) (Note: this is for the app, but same goes for the site.) I don't know how much more straightforward it can get.

          Fast Pass is an item that can unlock one chapter. It will expire after 7*24 hours, so don't forget to use it in time!

          Aka, within 7 days, your fast passes will expire.

          If you are saving up FP to binge read, just unlock the chapters you will binge read in the future ahead of time before your FP expire. The chapters unlocked with FP never expire, so that's a permanent solution.

          A bug is equivalent to a glitch or error. There are no glitches involving the information of FP being conveyed. Therefore, the tag of "Report Bugs" is still very much incorrect. Read this explanation to understand the Forum tag system better. What you perceive as a design error does not make it equivalent to an actual flaw. The tag of "Suggestions" would be far more appropriate than a bugs tag. (though, because your first post was posed as a question, and not a single suggestion was provided, I will not add the "Suggestions" tag on.)
