I noticed that on certain chapters the value of chapters change with coin value some are higher in value and some lower?

Why do certain chapters fluctuate with coin value?
It's 1 coin per 200 words.
So depending on the amount of words per chapter you will be charged accordingly.
Cantiara anyway, i havent open the app for months and just know ss has changed into coins. I noticed that i actually got 60% coin discount when unlocking a chapter in the most novel. I was wondering if that limited discount is rare to have? I might top up lots of coins since the discount still there. Been asking this question but no one has give me any information :(
