I've always been taught that customer service was very important, and that customers came first. I have not seen as bad service as I have with this company/app. Honestly how many times does a person have to complain about a problem before it gets fixed? One month, three months, six months, more? Enough is enough!! I only read one book on here, and I have probably paid ten times what I would pay on Amazon for it. I think I should have things fixed by now. Since that's not the case, I'm not willing to pay for it anymore.
