I've always been taught that customer service was very important, and that customers came first. I have not seen as bad service as I have with this company/app. Honestly how many times does a person have to complain about a problem before it gets fixed? One month, three months, six months, more? Enough is enough!! I only read one book on here, and I have probably paid ten times what I would pay on Amazon for it. I think I should have things fixed by now. Since that's not the case, I'm not willing to pay for it anymore.

Yeah I have posted something like this before, but I'm still having the same problem evey month. Does anyone else have it? Time to open up more privleaged chapters, only to find it goes back in time to chapters I have all ready opened. I am reading Reincarnation of the strongest sword God.
I'm just a bit upset right now. I have fast passes just running out of time to be used, but I can't read any more because I need coins!! Wtf why earn them if you can't use them? I want to earn coins again!!!!

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but this is the 3rd time for me. It's saying that the next chapters are locked , even when they aren't, and then go back, at this point 20 chapters 2055,that I have unlocked and read to 2072. Why can't you guys fix this! You don't even have a way to contact you by email this time. I'm not that intimating am I? Please I just want to read " Rencarnation of the strongest sword God".
