We are fixing it, and the app will be released soon. Currently you can scroll the page up and down, soon the comic will be loaded. It's a temporary solution.
Nothing is loading for me, it keeps telling me that I'm offline. :c

I wanted to know if you can delete my account, please.
The reason I want to delete my account is that I didn't know that it was premium.
anais_Solano if your have the lastest version, you can delete the account by yourself.
App > Profile > Settings > Delete Account
How soon is soon for this fix? Also the comics dont load even when I do the scroll down and back up stuff. I am waiting so I can read my comics. I have privileged unlocked and still cant read my chapters.

ReachZhaiTW Updated. The Novels are working fine. The Comics are working fine. The eBooks are also working fine, except for the bigger eBooks like 1984 (it made the App crash again). Considering that the other eBooks are loading fine, I will just assume that my poor device can't bear the burden of true knowledge, and live with that. The Points for Reading system is also working fine. I haven't checked the Privilege, so don't know about that yet.
For now, the App is working well. If any bug comes up, I will ping you again

It’s still not loading for me, and I am a iOS user. I can get a video if need be, but the comics will not load and it keeps telling me that I’m offline, which is impossible, because I am currently home. 
moonchvld Check the version you are currently on. If you are not on 4.4.2, then iOS probably didn't get the update.
App > Profile > Settings > About Webnovel

ReachZhaiTW I have tried this multiple times. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, more than enough times. It still doesn’t load anything. My iOS is 13.3.1, and I have the XR phone if that counts for anything. As for the App, it’s version 4.4.2. Comics will not load and I’ve spent near 30 dollars on this app, it’s frustrating and at this point, a waste of money.
