I am an iOS user, and canceling is pretty straightforward, yet I can’t find out how to cancel the subscription for Webnovel? It doesn’t show up, at all, where it should and I’ve tried emailing but no one responds.

ReachZhaiTW I have tried this multiple times. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, more than enough times. It still doesn’t load anything. My iOS is 13.3.1, and I have the XR phone if that counts for anything. As for the App, it’s version 4.4.2. Comics will not load and I’ve spent near 30 dollars on this app, it’s frustrating and at this point, a waste of money.

This has been my issue, and it started after I paid for privileges. It’s been going for over a week now and I’m at a point that I’m probably just going to ask for my money back.

It’s still not loading for me, and I am a iOS user. I can get a video if need be, but the comics will not load and it keeps telling me that I’m offline, which is impossible, because I am currently home.

I paid 20, or a little over, to have privileges that I can’t even use because the app keeps telling me that I’m offline, and none of the material (comics, etc) are loading so if possible to get a refund?

I have the latest version: 4.4.1, and I am an iOS user. But hopefully they get this fixed soon. I know they might be under a lot of pressure, so I feel kind of bad for bothering lol.

I updated it, and still the same problem. :( I don’t know what else to do, but I really wanna continue the comics.

So, I stumbled on this app the other day, loved it but it has been messing up since I purchased privileges for Beauty and the Beasts, the comic version. Nothing has been loading, it stays at 0% and then tells me that I’m offline which I know isn’t the case. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my connections, so I don’t understand why it’s saying that.

I would love to keep reading with this app, as I’ve spent quite the amount on it but this is just a little frustrating.. am I the only one with this issue?

I got the privileges yesterday night, the app was working fine up until that point and now i can’t even access the newest chapters. It keeps saying 0% and won’t load for the comics.

Nothing is loading for me, it keeps telling me that I'm offline. :c
