So, I stumbled on this app the other day, loved it but it has been messing up since I purchased privileges for Beauty and the Beasts, the comic version. Nothing has been loading, it stays at 0% and then tells me that I’m offline which I know isn’t the case. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my connections, so I don’t understand why it’s saying that.

I would love to keep reading with this app, as I’ve spent quite the amount on it but this is just a little frustrating.. am I the only one with this issue?

moonchvld same here. I have a notification that says they've released it in the newer versions. All you have to do is update your app. That is, unless you're using an older gadget that isn't supported by updates anymore. In my case, I can't view it in my old iPad, but can in my new phone.

I updated it, and still the same problem. :( I don’t know what else to do, but I really wanna continue the comics.

I have the latest version: 4.4.1, and I am an iOS user. But hopefully they get this fixed soon. I know they might be under a lot of pressure, so I feel kind of bad for bothering lol.

moonchvld can you edit the tags of this discussion, and add iOS so it shows in the header? It makes it easier for tech support to pick it up. Or you can just post again with the right tags if editing is not allowed. Good luck!
