Klays2909 I'm not exactly sure how things work. But most probably. It could even be a problem for you if you're translating that novel illegally. I mean, did you get permission from the original writer? Besides, I'm pretty sure that novel was not even published in Qidian - Webnovel's parent company. And yet you posted it here.

Original novels are only allowed to have basic Latin Unicode script.
So, you can't have Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Arabic/Thai characters as well as emojis in your novel, otherwise they will be blacklisted, and hence, can't receive power stones anymore.
To be able to receive power stones again, your novel will first need to be whitelisted.
You can either contact a content editor on the inkstone server or ping CKtalon.
Or, you can provide your URL here and I'll help you contact them.
You can't translate and publish any books without the copyright holder's permission. It's called an infringement and it may get you in legal trouble. You need to stop it and remove the content from here.

But, the way WN works is that they contract a translation group to do the translations for them. For example, AtlasStudios, Henyee Translations, Nyoiboi, EndlessFantasy, etc, etc. You're better off applying to these translation groups than to WN directly.
And WN only translates Chinese novels that are published by Qidian or any of its subsidiaries. The novel you're translating is published by jjwxc, not Qidian, so it will never be picked up by WN. I suggest that you remove it, really, because first of all, you don't have the permission to translate from the novel's copyright holder, and second of all, you are publishing another publisher's novel on its competitor's platform.

You are not allowed to translate and publish any books on any platform without the permission from its copyright holder. It's copyright infringement, you can be legally implicated...

At a whopping 3 chapters your issue is one of three:
You haven't reached the required word count, while for most 4k words is easy to hit for some early starts this can be an issue.
Your book is highly likely to still be in the vetting process, this typically takes 3 to 5 days. Its a hurry up and wait situation.
You may have included special characters like Chinese lettering or unicode formatting which webnovel blacklists, need to remove them then email webnovel support to get whitelisted.

Then most likely you're in the vetting queue, it takes a few days. If by latest, Monday, you still can't vote then it might be time to hit up webnovel support, or hop on discord and ask around if there's any known delays in the queue.
