In your perspective, what constitutes in a Translator? Are you a hobby translator translating a Vietnamese novel to English on Webnovel or are you employed by someone to translate it?
Tofu In my opinion translators are a job that can generate income for me. A while ago I collaborated with a group to translate Chinese novels into Vietnamese. But there were some things we translated for them but they were not transparent about money so we ended up working with them and I wanted to develop for our team.

junsiyao From my understanding, it seems like you are looking to contract with Webnovel correct?
Webnovel only works with translation groups nowadays, and even then, they only work with select few. I don't think know if they are looking to expand their selection of Vietnamese translation groups. So to answer your initial questions:

From what I know, Webnovel stopped contracting individual translators, instead, they are more focused on finding a translation group.

No requirements other than above mentioned, a translation group most likely will have to be an incorporated company.
Does the current Vietnamese novel segment still employ translators?
Check with your previous translation group (if they work with Webnovel) or check what groups are currently doing Vietnamese translations and ask if they have spots available.
