    So do I just have to wait it out before I get my books back in the library?

    CKtalon I put the comic I read the most back in my library but it wont synchronize to where I was. Is this a problem others are having? I don’t really know what others are experiencing. What do I do?

        I also have this problem.... I thought I was the only one. It turns out that I'm not. I do have a few questions tho, do I just wait for the fix or do I have to manually add n remove the stories in my library? I really am worried n do not intend to cause trouble 😔

        It is not only books disappearing but why don't I get the free past when I vote using my power stone or energy stone

          I guess for now I have to manually delete them one by one 🤷

            When is this going to place my novels back in? You gave us no information about what you are doing. Nothing on Twitter. Just a message that says oops. WTF. We spend a lot of money on this site. Please explain these things.
            1. Will our novels show up again?
            2. When will they show up again( at least a time frame. )
            3. What should we be doing with all the new novels that showed up out of nowhere?
            4. What happened? Did you update and fail? Did you get hacked?
            5. Why a company as big as yours took forever to notice that you messed up? I do realize that it was probably late in China or wherever your development is located... but you have English speaking customers so obviously England, Canada and the US are in vastly different time zones so you should expect this. This also goes along with explaining the cause of the problem.

            6. Why don't you give us an option to update? Instead of just forcing an apparently untested change?

              RavenLyke no way an offline server does this. Unless you have a database server that we connect to as back up that adds a bunch if crappy novels to it's users tables. It should just error out. Not give you books you don't read. Unless it's bugged in the first place.

                RavenLyke Maybe because when the bug happened it was like 1;00am their time zone? 😄😄 When people reported it, staff members responded right away and since then they have been dealing with the bug. The development team pulled an all nighter trying to deal with it and even now are still on it.

                I realize this information wasn't publicized. But the staff are working very hard. So please don't make it sound like they are doing nothing.

                  Ac_3585 I did the same with a novel that I finished months ago (my library is empty now and I had more than 120 books and comics). It doesn’t synchronize and all the chapters are again locked. Let’s wait and see what happens. I will wait till Wednesday, log out and then log in again and if the situation is the same, email support. They will fix the issue ☺️

                    Reading the stories are becoming difficult because of the slow download of the texts I tried to look for an update in the play store but there was none , it was a lite wb app that was not as good as the original according to the comments .
                    I hope things will be fixed soon.

                        Thank you for your response. I really became anxious last night, when it happened. I thought I was hacked or something when books that I didn't like were on top of my recent reading, making me angry at the same time.
                        Atleast for now, I received updated chapters on my current reads.
                        I do hope that my library could go back to the way it was, because I didn't make a list of books that I've finished and those that I'm planning to read (I've manually retrieved the ones I was currently reading). Since I am not an expert in programming, please give an explanation, whatever it is, at the end of this problem. Thanks

                          XOMatsumaeohana if they are working on it, that is fantastic. I am fine with working on it. I just would have liked at least a few lines of what we should be doing to not cause any further problems for ourselves. Also the time zone difference should have been explained in my original post. If it was because they updated their product they should have people who work after it's updated. It's common when you change software. Companies operate 24 hours a day all over the world. Either way it's irrelevant. In the great scheme of life everything goes on anyways. It's not as if a business that messes up is limited to a novel website.
