Geraldrold Maybe do like a recording, on windows they have the problem steps recorder. So if you run it and then click inbox it will take note of the steps you took without you having to take screenshots.
And it's saved as compressed zip file, you upload it to dropbox or something, they download it boom. I mean...its an idea, if you don't think it can be captured by you yourself with screenshot. I know these things happen fast sometimes, it's tricky to catch.

Geraldrold So you are saying it only happens on Mobile site... but you never say which Mobile device you are using etc. til just now. You can load a mobile site on PC btw so my idea still valid.

Flaffy I have no idea why a mobile device would affect a website I am visiting. Fyi I am using chrome with my Samsung phone and it doesn't open. What me and the OP are experiencing is that the inbox will not open at all and would lead to the crash screen of the Qidan website.

Nobodyknocks As a tester I know sometimes they code things differently for different browsers and different devices. In my experience it's best to give as much info as you can.
A SS of that crash page would be helpful. I often get a 404 error when clicking genre's when my internet speed is slow. So I know webnovel definitely has some cache or time out issues. This sounds like a separate issue affecting only the inbox, a screenshot of that crash error may be the proof needed for IT to step in and actually take this bug report seriously.
I will try too th, on my Samsung using chrome to see if I experience the same.
