The_Young_Flash how about "Reincarnation of a Living God"
The MC there is a living god that sometimes even put other mortal as beneath him/not the same with him. Kinda not heroic I think.

      The_Young_Flash Mine has that but starts light-hearted.. it's not all righteous thought...so I keep them human and flawed since there is no absolute perfection.Also if you want a novel that is not original then try..martial world its long thought

            My novel fits this criteria pretty well imo. Dark (but not evil) MC, gets a harem, doesn't have some dumb sense of justice or anything. He does save someone and helps others out, but mostly for his own gain.
