The contract only spoke about the benefits. They haven't added the rules that I have to follow like other contracts that have been seeing. What should I do? I tried looking more about the contract in the inkstone but all I have to do is sign the contract. Did anyone receive a contract like this? What did you guys do?

First fill the contract on inkstone, then after that you can download the full contract to read through. If it is to your liking, sign it by hand and add the asked info. Then upload to complete the signment.
So even if you fill your info and print/download the contract, it is still not valid. You will have to sign it by hand too.
