What I'm about to ask may be strange. I can read perfectly in French (my first language) and English. But when it come to writing, my english become terrible. Currently I'm writing a little story in french. It's only four chapters long for now, but if I manage to make it grow in a good story, would someone accept to translate it to english?

Why not, but you need to write it first. 4 chapters is nothing much for any translator to do the effort. Webnovel wants to develop their french and german sections, so you can first give it a try in french to test the audience. If the feedback is good, what must happen will happen eventually.
