Is ur novel bad if it only gets 1 collection per upload?
No. If your book is fairly new, having collections, no matter the amount, is good! Don't be hasty about numbers such as PS(votes), collections, views, etc. those will increase with time. If you are super new to writing, I would focus more on the quality of your chapters first. Double checking before publishing to catch small mistakes, spelling errors, punctuation, etc. is more important in the long run (in my opinion).
Each chapter, you polish your skills. Each chapter, you grow. There may even come a day when your books gets 10+ collections a day, maybe even dozens a day! But, depending on you, whether you reach that point and continue to grow depends on you
