Is that even possible though? I want to recommend a novel that features extreme sports like mountain climbing without safety equipment, skydiving, living in an island starting naked and building his own tools for 60 days, crossing the desert without any water or food, parkour, treasure hunt and more.

There really isn't such a process, the exception being if you know webnovel owns such a novel and wish to become a translator for it in which case it'd be a matter of contacting webnovel to arrange terms to translate the book.
But as for suggesting a book for translation.... there's daily requests for personal preference books. I've yet to see even one of the requested show up in trial read so I really don't think they take suggestions seriously by any stretch.
Darth_Xiane thanks bro it's just that I'm tired of the novels getting translated these past few months. Always the same idea, generic. Makes me wonder why though.
And that novel was a fresh breathe of air for me because it had survival, sports and broadcasting. But anyways thanks again.
