You can be more specific because I don't understand you, do you want to make a comment where?
at the end of the chapter that you read?
at the end of the chapter that you write?
a comment in a paragraph of the chapter?

To be honest, I also find it difficult to write comments of this kind,
Well, 2 types of Comment;
Either u want a paragraph comment, where u need to press the specific paragraph u want to comment with, press it until it will show u the comment section.
And for the Chapter comment, below the chaps, u can find the comments section.
