I love knowing the cultivation levels for novels i read. Because i believe it helps me have a more broader view than when you have to figure it out as you go. But for the most part i am mostly curious as fuck and hyped and end up reading the mtl (machine translation) just to know about them.
So should i just make a website for QI novels exclusively about the power levels or cultivation levels?
Pls advise.

Yes, you should, (whait, thas not right) you must.
And for CR that depends on what you will do, if is as simple as put the novels name, folow by the levels/tiers/grades/etc, then is 0 problems.
If you plan to use images (characters, book covers, and any oficial art) then make sure that you put a legend that say that it belongs to Qidian and is use only to reference purpose. that shoul make you safe (unless Quidian targets you purposely, but if that hapen taking down the site should fix it)
I see no reason why you shouldn't do it.

If you want to learn html, codecademy has a good course on it. You could then use a hosting website (e.g. github, edity) to host your website. That may take up too much time and effort though. Your website can also look either really bad or really good.
An alternative would be to use something like google sites or wordpress where you can create a website with relatively little experience with coding.

zswaleh Go for it. Make one. Maybe QI might end up buying you out too due to how great your Qidian.wikia page might end up being.
If you've never made a website, I'll advise you to just use one of those ready-made template sites (such as what Neverfire7 mentioned, google sites/wordpress). It'll be a lot easier, you won't have to worry about things like "How do I make a page for this information and create a hyperlink from one page to the next", and you can focus more on the contents (such as, what's the names of the cultivation tiers?). If you find that this was too much work, you can always stop here. You've done what you set out to achieve, and you didn't have to do too much digging on the side. Life would be great.
If you feel like this is a project you still want to keep on expanding upon, you'll have to mess around with the page a bit more. After all, a template is a template: a skeleton frame for you to work with. The meat is all up to you. Once you have figure out your way around making webpages and links, and you're starting to feel more comfortable messing with some features, you can start looking into what you're lacking on these template sites. You can slowly learn how to implement customized functions that your site is missing, whether via add-ons, javascripts, cool-looking css styles, etc.
When you feel at home with your tinkerings and tweakings--and know that the knowledge you've built up is here to stay--you can then learn how to host your own site with your own format. By that point, you'll be familiar with what the structure looks like, things will not be so foreign, and you'll be able to relate to the lessons. I find this to be a more progressive way of learning how to code a site than rote memorization.
But, take my advice with a grain of salt. I've only tinkered with HTML around when myspace/asiantown was the craze among teenagers (maybe back in 2004?).

zswaleh Haha, why wouldn't you try build it within a thread in the forum? We can stick it if everyone love to read. We'd love to see more and more fans are getting involved to build up wikis or glossary for each novel they love.

Seriously bro, your idea is fantastic!!, it would be even better if that could be attached as a bonus chapter in every novel, I'm currently reading a lot of novels and really hard to remember every cultivation stage system in each one of them!!
The idea is quite good but why not create an actual wikia then? Just name it Qidian Wiki (qidian.wikia.com). This way other people can create an article with the cultivation realms for each novel they read here.

I personally never look at these things cause when I am reading, regardless of whether I know what cultivation level a person is or not some character or another will come out and be like all awe struck or calling them trash, so it's like do I really need to remember the levels to get the story? No. Then there are those authors who love to repeat the level of a character and how weak or strong they are so it's like am I ever gonna forget? No.
What would be cool is if you connected the realms across novels? You know like Batman vs Superman type thing. Except it will be in the different cultivation realms where you say what level would beat what and comparing the power levels of the different cultivation realms. That I would be more interested in.
Like like ISSH vs Stellar Transformations? I am interested in seeing that comparison. ISSH cultivation realm was so confusing to me after he fell in that skull blood thing with the girl (forgot what it was called but it had a skeleton and they were trapped there that should be helpful)
Flaffy are you taking about ISSTH? When Meng Hao and Chu Yuyan fell onto the island and he got the blood immortal legacy?
Neverfire7 Yes after that Legacy thing, I was so confused with the how cultivation really worked especially since he had done that thing to make his pillars different and it was like a rush of confusion for me. I also stopped reading it roughly 50 chapters or so after that so yeah.
