Synopsis: Isla gets mistakenly thrown into Heaven. She hides her imperfections with another personality. In her past life, she was a lesbian and was known as the "Queen of Hearts." She wanted to choose when she died. God finds out and throws her back onto Earth because of the mistake he made.
Kidnapped by Satan and plagued with bad luck, Nevaeh still hasn't rest even if she is dead. Satan picked the worst of the worst of the humans that died to switch with the best person who died. He took Nevaeh and forced her to be his servant while waiting for God to figure things out. Nevaeh struggled to get by for years now but stayed positive and kept pushing through all the obstacles life threw at her. She wasn't one to go to church but believed in God and that he would save her. She was plagued with misfortunate and was murdered.
God decides to throw them back onto Earth and lets them go about their daily lives. Except, he engraves the face of each other into their memory. What will happen when they try to find each other? Is Isla going to control murderous urges so she can become a friend to Nevaeh?
