                                Is there a joke here other than the person? If there is, it doesn't seem to be a particularly good one as it clearly makes no sense to me.

                                If she's trolling the "liason", then why is she resonding to a quote of the email, which has nothing to do with this so called Tika?

                                Maybe if she didn't respond to sloth later you could call it that, but this seems to be her being serious to me

She's just taking the piss. Also, the fact that she was using a smiley face emoticon instead of an angry one appears to imply that she knows that MotivatedSloth is just joking with her and she's joking back.
