Congratulations on publishing your first novel. If it's the first. So on the advice bit.
If you're new to writing, my recommendation is to not look for feedback. Rather write to finish a story the way you want it. Post the story, move to the next idea you want to share. You'd want to establish your own groove and writing routine first. Focusing on feedback before you have this in place will only bog you down. You may not feel like writing.
Read lots of books and media from various sources. Observe aspects that might work for you. Try various styles and genres to hone your own.
