Crismonsurfer I don't know for novels, but I'm reading a comic called "Villain Initialization". It's simply awesome, and the characters are often hilarious and funny. The villain is a real villain, not the usual misunderstood good char. I mean, he's so evil that you love him <3

                  It's a manga: "Mr. Villain's Day Off", and the MC is a villain that wants to destroy Earth (except that it's his day off, so not today)

                                  Specifically, it's about how Fang Yuan who blows himself and a bunch of "righteous" martial artists up when they try to steal his ultimate venom bug (or Gu). He travels back 500 years in time and relives his life over and over again to try and conquer the world. Obviously I'm simplifying it, but I think there's butterfly effect, it has a rich universe, etc. Fang Yuan in particular is a ruthless and cold-blooded anti-hero who has no qualms killing all those who stands in his way. At the same time, he's not some psychopath who murders people for no reason. He's pragmatic, and killing is just a means to an end for him, not something he indulges in or goes around doing because he wants revenge (he treats all life and existences the same). Also has a unique cultivation system, which makes use of Gu rather than the usual uh, tempering methods, pills, etc.

                                            Or maybe just MC that takes the evil path (kind of) like Warlock of the Magus World?
                                            Or do you mean the "evil" MC where MC believes himself to be evil while everyone else believes him to be not (like I'm the Evil Overlord of an Intergalactic Empire)?
                                            Or do you mean the MC is evil in the sense that he is the villain of the novel, but he actually is a transmigrated good person (like Novel's Villain)?
                                            Or do you want just light evil MC who are not really evil but doing all they can to survive due to them by working up the ladder as a cannon fodder (like Novel's Extra, Trash of the Count's Family)?
                                            Or maybe you just want the generic evil MC that slaughters everyone in their path while face slapping everyone else? Err ... this isn't really evil, but it's the generic cliche MC in lots of cultivation novels ...

                                              Fluffypie Well honestly what I like is the type of mc that can curbstomp puppies and kill the virgin mary basically like shiro from A Gamers Multiverse Adventures or the FFF class trash hero and the one that take the evil path and the ones that scheme and do whatever they can to surive/thrive .

                                              - Trash of the count family
                                              Tl;dr : Chaotic evil mc basically if you read in ff.net stuff like lex luthor thriumphant or a gamer gide to conquest or optimist gamer ppl who are inherently evil , or scheming mc but not the dumb facelapping cardboard cutout

                                                  If you love Warlock Magus World why not check out The Plagiarist other novel, Carefree Path Of Dream (The novel just finished translated last week and I'm depressed af just like how I felt when WMW finished). Main character is the same as Leylin altho there's some difference between the two MC but both are as ruthless and evil as always. I know I'm in the minority here but I actually prefer Carefree Path of Dream more then WMW (don't hate me pls).

                                                    All this talking about evil made me want to write a novel with an evil MC. And I have no clue what all the novels you mentioned are. I'll take a look though, they seem interesting.
