I dont want much. I just want the book im reading to make sense, to have explanations of things instead of "it just happened" phrase like the most books have. Supreme Magus is a great example or the Mages are too op, while the Library of heaven's path is the exact opposite of what i want.

Ufff... 300 chapters... Ehhh... Who will remember what was in chapter 5 writing chapter 301? Who will remember about logic? ;) It looks like some authors don't make any plans, they don't create a scheme first, don't plan the characters, etc... Writing for a sake of only... writing...

The 300 chapter minimum really narrows it down. that's a lot of chapters. Tales of Demons and Gods is really good though.
“Release that Witch” was pretty good about that. It’s one of the most popular books so it’s easy to find. You may have already read it as well. I can also only speak to the first 20 or so chapters. I didn’t read all of it or check if there are over 300 chapters. I’m pretty sure it’s over that...
The premise is an engineer being reincarnated in another world with medieval technology and magic. He uses magic to advance technology to modern times. The magic kind of “just happens” but the steam punk tech is very well explained (so far). As a real life engineer, I found no problems with the stories logic (provided you accept that the witches just have magic).
