Ce_reene yeah recently I dropped it. I liked the part with the stone gambling at that the FL is strong independent and builds her own business empire but it's too much fantasy in it now.
In general I have nothing against fantasy but that's it with fantasy novels. Not for novels who start relatively normal but then suddenly escalate and get somehow... Absurd... If you know what I mean. It was the same with perfect secret love: the bad new wife is a bit sweet Mr ceo spoil me 100 % etc. They just give the FL more and more "supernatural" skills and need an explanation for it later so everything drops into fantasy and sci-fi
