I have one book that has almost 30 chapters and it's not locked yet also one of my books is going to be featured tomorrow and I just received a gift from someone on it what do gifts do? are they redeemed to your pay at the end of the month? I am new sorry if I annoy anyone

First authors are the one to determine when to close chapters and from which chapter, as you need to contact your content editor with that
It’s recommended you don’t lock chapters early or lock them with few number of chapters in them, the ideal amount might range between chapter 70 to chapter 120 in locking, with at least twenty to thirty chapter above this

Hey am also new, and I have been having this problem with my contract saying my name in the contract doesn't match my ID, so my contract has been failing, and what does it mean for a book to be featured please
Emarleetah feature = ad on the site (it's placed somewhere where people can see, so you get more views and potential readers)
You have to write your name exactly the same as in the ID: if it's Name Surname, you write that; if it's NAME SURNAME (capital letters) or if it's Surname Name1 Name2 (order of words)
You have to request to lock your chapters as premium and to be a privilege.

Avidfan you have to apply for privelidge aswell, it doesn't just apply with applying for premium.
