I had a problem recently that got resolved regarding how many coins it cost to unlock chapters. I just recently batch unlocked a lot of chapters the other day and now the problem started again. To unlock 50 chapters it is costing 3500 coins instead of the 350 it is supposed to be. @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL

Johnny10Toes what? It got (temporaryly) resolved? For me it goes like this ; 100x => 3x => 10x.
When the cost become 3x , it still kinda, oh they gave us "discount". But after it become 10x (like, currently), its almost the same with 100x. You know. That same kind of feeling. 
Johnny10Toes remember to do what I had done. Take screenshots of before and after purchase as well as the purchase history, try also on browser as it may do some thing like 2̶ 20. And send the same thing as an email.

When they change from 100x to 3x, I was thinking gonna spend the coins for next event. But when the next event occur, its already increased into 10x. I better kept my coin then. I did not lack any reading material yet.
