CoolForniteplayer Events are created by Webnovel. You cannot make events. If your novel becomes popular enough, then an event can be held, but otherwise, I do not think they are willing to use the resources to do so. Maybe you can contact them to ask whether or not they are willing to make one, if you sponsor the prizes and all expenses, but I am not sure if such a move is worth it, and I am not even aware if Webnovel would even consider it

Click the [promote] button that'll take you to the boost pages where you can setup a mass release kind of event for your book.
