Greetings readers, this is the 3rd time this happened.
I have X amount of fast passes, I do the daily rounds of checking, vote with powerstone, vote with energy stone.
By all math, I should have x+3 fast passes.
Except I dont. First time it happened, I lost 2FPs. 2 days ago, I lost 1. Today, after doing all of these things, I lost all 3 FPs.
I deliberately spaced them out. Do one thing, close site, open site, see if it registered - it did. Cool. Wait, do second thing, close site, open site, see if it registered - it did, cool. Wait, do third thing, close site, open site, see if it registered, it did, cool.
I close the site, open it again after ~1 hour, and my number of FPs returned to X, which is the amount I had before the first thing, but of course the "earn rewards" tab shows I did all the things
Somehow, for some reason, the site rerolled into a savestate when I had X amount of FPs, while remembering the things that I did.
Missing Fastpass
I think that fast passes eventually expire. Maybe some of the fast passes from your previous x amount expired and were deleted?
Couple of things to check:
First off, between fast pass collections have you let a week roll around? Fast passes have an expired time so if not used by a set period will delete themselves.
Second, have you set any books to auto unlock with fast passes? Might want to double check your fast pass consumption page and see if they're being auto used.
Darth_Xiane no, I do not have anything on auto unlock. And I do not think that much time has passed
Texteel You have access to records in the past 6 months of every single fast pass you collect, and every single fast pass you spend. Check those records. (In your profile, click on the fast pass icon and look at "Deposit History" and "Consume History").
