I have been using my fastpasses to read a comic for quite a while now but now there isnt an option for fastpasses. Is it only coins now or is this a glitch?

If you've bought privledge (reading ahead x chapters) this is normal, privledge chapters are coin only.
Another possibility is your fast passes have run out, your account still shows you having some so they might be single work fast passes, they only unlock certain books.
