If I haven't purchased privilege pass and the story is already completed, will I be able to read the chapters locked by privilege pass?

Regiiin As long as the author/translator marks it as completed then yes, it will continue to push chapters out of the privilege at the usual rate of release. If that's not happening, try tagging the group responsible for translating it or hitting the author up
