There are free access to the same novels on other sites.
Gourmet_DAO if it's an exclusive contracted book in WN, the premium chapters will not be uploaded to other site, so 99% those 'other' sites are pirates sites.
please refrain from encouraging piracy, many authors here need to make money as well.

Fast pass an endure. Otherwise, read a lot of the free works. There are tones out there, but you'll have to dig around for what you want.

Couldn't help but laugh at this. While piracy is NOT the way to go, he's also absolutely right in that people shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a novel. There has to be some sort of middle ground. Maybe section off a novel with a lot of chapters into volumes and charge a flat price for each volume. Something like that. Obviously it's done on Amazon by some, but webnovel could do it too. (I know this is an old post, but so what.)
