jubjic I've had a similar issue in Australia before. I was completely unable to connect to the website or load any data from the app. Other people in Australia (or those who used an Aus IP via VPN) held similar issues at the time and seemed to be the entire country was simply blocked. It was unblocked again after about half a day.

I think they may be either the dev team are testing things behind the scenes, or... I don't know. Perhaps try emailing Webnovel support. If anyone has the ability to address the problem/provide you an answer as to what has happened, it's them.

              And the summary of the official answer is: "Due to policy reasons, Webnovel is no longer available in Ukraine. I can’t disclose any more details as to “why“ Webnovel was pulled out from Ukraine." Unless someone is a paying customer and can start a legal dispute due to violation of Terms of Service, I believe the only path is using VPN or switch to other sites.

                              I guess it's somehow connected to Northern Lights buying licensing rights for some of the manhwa presented on the Webnovel (like Only I level up) as that would mean that Webnovel is no longer allowed to distribute those IP on the territory of Ukraine (that's also the reason why you can't buy digital manga on Amazon.jp as they don't have rights to sell it to you). That is in case Northern Lights own exclusive rights.
                              Maybe some other company bought exclusive licensing rights and filled a complain to Webnovel for stealing their profits, and we are soon to see light novel flooding the Ukrainian market.
                              Or Webnovel themselves just aren't buying rights for Ukraine anymore. Because, obviously, they could've just blocked certain novels from being available in Ukraine, but if the profits from this market were too low for them, they may have decided to just block it completely instead of trecking which novels they are allowed to distribute here.
