What's monthly thread? How we can promote our novel through it and what are restrictions?

Monthly promotion thread is up in the pinned section and dated for the month ie. July Promotion Thread.
Inside you make a single post, include the link to your book, the synopsis and preferably the cover image.
If you have multiple books you can use multiple posts or a single one to promote them all.
The only restriction: Don't post multiple times for the same book. Trying to get your post constantly as the latest post won't go over well.
